1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevOpsRocket website at revops-rocket.com and the RevOpsRocket Salesforce-native application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Digital Doctrine Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent
5. Salesforce Platform
RevOpsRocket is a 100% Salesforce-native application distributed via the Salesforce AppExchange. Your use of the Service is also subject to Salesforce's terms and conditions. Your Salesforce data remains within your Salesforce org at all times and is not stored, transmitted, or processed on external servers by us.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Digital Doctrine Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data or content you create using the Service within your Salesforce org.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or service levels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Doctrine Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Doctrine Ltd, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
